About 85 & Sunny Real Estate

Founded in 2005, 85 & Sunny Real Estate is the realization of a dream for Patricia Lorenzo. Patricia entered real estate to gain some additional knowledge for her own investing purposes. To do that, she decided to take a real estate course. She then got her license and about 6 months later closed her first real estate transaction. That was just the beginning! After a year in real estate, she closed almost 3 Million in production with almost all business coming from customer referrals. She has grown her business since. She realized that she could help more customers and other agents be successful too and decided to open her own real estate brokerage firm. 85 & Sunny is the result of that hard work!
