Founded in 2005, 85 & Sunny Real Estate is the realization of a dream for Patricia Lorenzo. Patricia entered real estate to gain some additional knowledge for her investing purposes. To do that, she decided to take a real estate course. She then got her license and about 6 months later closed her first real estate transaction. That was just the beginning! After a year in real estate, she closed almost 3 Million in production with almost all business coming from customer referrals. She has grown her business since. She realized that she could help more customers and other agents be successful too and decided to open her real estate brokerage firm. 85 & Sunny is the result of that hard work!

85 & Sunny Real Estate is a successful, woman-owned, small business. Patricia Lorenzo has worked hard and has completed many designations and certifications to help her customers (and agents) to have a better agent/broker all the way. Among those certifications and designations, there are:
GRI (Graduated Realtor Institute): Buying property is a complex and stressful task. It's often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated. New technology, laws, procedures, and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers require real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism. REALTORS® with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. They are recognized nationally and act with professionalism and are committed to serving their clients and customers with the highest ethical standards.
SRS (Seller's Representative Specialist): The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert): The RENE certification program gives REALTORS® the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients. This certification improved our negotiating skills, taught us behind-the-scenes issues and how to deal with them proactively, how to handle a wide range of personalities and issues, and how to sort out the competing objectives of the parties involved in a transaction.
GREEN (Energy Efficiency and Sustainability): In today's market, buyers and sellers are much more aware of this planet and issues of energy efficiency and sustainability in real estate. This designation has helped us understand how homes with green features should be marketed differently than traditional homes, Market research about communicating with clients interested in different facets of green, and Improved visibility as a trusted advisor and source of information on green homes.
