I’m the founder of 85 & Sunny Real Estate and 85 & Sunny Property Management, two companies I created to provide comprehensive services and help people succeed in every aspect of real estate. What started as a way to gain knowledge for my own investing journey quickly turned into a passion for helping others. Just six months after getting my real estate license, I closed my first deal—and that was just the beginning! Within a year, I’d closed nearly $3 million in sales, mostly through loyal customer referrals.

With both 85 & Sunny Real Estate and 85 & Sunny Property Management, I proudly cover all residential areas in Brevard County, offering clients everything from buying and selling to property management services. I also have a background in Chemistry (with a minor in Biology) and a Master’s in Computer Information Systems, which gives me a strong analytical edge while still keeping my approach personal and client-focused. Whether I’m helping a first-time homebuyer navigate their jitters or working with experienced investors to spot the next big opportunity, I love making each real estate experience unique and enjoyable.

When I’m not helping clients, I love spending time with my son and six grandchildren, especially at Disney World (the happiest place on Earth!). I also love to travel and frequently visit my family in Spain. I’m all about making real estate as fun and unique as the people I work with, and I’m here to ensure that your experience is nothing short of exceptional.
