Meet Kim Peace, the heart and soul of 85 & Sunny Property Management! Kim’s real estate journey began 20 years ago with 85 & Sunny Real Estate, where she quickly made her mark with her hardworking and caring approach. When the property manager position opened up, Kim jumped at the chance to take on the role, and she’s been our go-to property manager ever since. She’s the one who ensures everything is running smoothly, making sure both owners and tenants are happy and everything is in tip-top shape.

Kim is the behind-the-scenes wizard who makes sure all our properties stay in perfect order and function efficiently. She’s known for her attention to detail, and her calm, steady presence means everything is always running like clockwork.

When she’s not making sure our properties are running smoothly, Kim is spending time with her three kids and three grandkids. She loves taking them on adventures to the park, going fishing, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Kim brings a little bit of sunshine wherever she goes, whether it’s managing properties or spending time with her family!
