As 85 & Sunny grows into the Greater Orlando area, Bill Bokunic is leading the way into new market. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to client satisfaction. Bill previous was part owner of a fast-growing Real Estate and Property Management Company in the Greater Orlando area. Over the past five years Bill had personal sales of 58 homes with a total value of about $30 million dollars.

He has been recognized by Real Producers magazine as being one of the top realtors in Central Florida and has been highlighted and acknowledged by the publication on numerous occasions. While Bill enjoys working with all types of sellers, buyers and investors, he has a soft spot for helping first‐time homebuyers.

Before focusing on residential real estate, he sold business‐paper and computer‐paper products and managed the sales for several Radion station companies

He Currently lives in the Lake Nona area and has 2 adult children in the area.
