How to effectively work with your Realtor®

Hello,  this is a new blog that I’m starting on 8/19/07.  I’ve had this thought for a long time and I’m even pondering a book about this subject. I will try to write in this blog at least once per week as time permits.  My hope is to make working with your Realtor® a better experience for you. I will discuss what you should expect from your Realtor®, how to screen a Realtor®, what the Realtor® expects from you and so on.  If you have any request, please feel free to post here and I will try to address.
