In 2005 our family started our journey of purchasing a new house and selling our current home.  We were fortunate enough to find a quality family oriented real-estate agency with 85 and sunny.  My wife and I are both public school educator however we new very little about the guidelines of selling and purchasing a home.  During the 2005 year we purchased land, sold our existing home and finalized a construction to perm loan.  From start to finish we had 85 and sunny real-estate agency guiding us through this very difficult and sometimes stressful process.  We have continued to be extremely impressed with the personal attention provided to us by Patricia, JR and the entire 85 and Sunny organization.  My wife and I pride ourselves on our family values and treating others with dignity and respect.  These are the same values that we have found with 85 and Sunny.  The timing for this journey has been perfect for us because we have just found out that our family is getting a little bigger.  We have recently discovered that my wife Kim is now pregnant with our second child.  We are extremely appreciative of the personal relationship we have established with 85 and Sunny and look to continue our business relationship as well.  Thanks from our family.
