Background

Founded in 2005, 85 & Sunny Real Estate is the realization of a dream for Patricia Lorenzo and JR Fuller. Patricia entered real estate to gain some additional knowledge for their own investing purposes. To do that, she decided to take a real estate course. She then got her license and about 6 months later closed her first real estate transaction. That was just the beginning! After a year in real estate, she closed almost 3 Million in production with almost all business coming from customer referrals. She got quite busy and asked JR to help her out. So, JR went out and got his license as well. They worked as a team (Patricia full-time and JR part-time) and have grown their business since. Finally, they realized that they could help more customers and other agents be successful too and decided to open their own real estate brokerage firm. 85 & Sunny is the result of that hard work!

From I-95: take the Eau Gallie Blvd Exit (Exit number 183) and head East toward the beaches. Follow Eau Gallie approximately 3 miles to our office on the right hand side of the road.

From US 1: turn on to Eau Gallie Blvd (heading west) (right turn if coming from North and left if coming from South). Office on left in approximately 2 miles (just past Croton street).

From Wickham Rd: turn on Eau Gallie Blvd (heading East) (right if coming from South and left if coming from North). Continue .7 miles, office on right hand side of road
